Ministry Sandbox

Dynamic cases.
Formation made visible.

A research-grade formation measurement instrument for seminary classrooms. Students work through experiential, dynamic case studies and receive immediate formative feedback. Their evidence and proposed assessment route to faculty before a grade is recorded.

The approach

Dynamic case studies, formative feedback, and faculty-reviewed measurement.

  1. Cases that develop with the student

Persistent AI characters respond to the student's decisions inside realistic cases involving grief, doctrine, conflict, and care. Each chapter develops from the response that came before it.

  2. Evidence mapped to your rubric

Student responses produce criterion-level evidence against the competency framework your seminary authored. Immediate feedback remains formative and uses the language of your institution's standards.

  3. Faculty confirm the grade of record

AI proposes a rubric assessment from the captured evidence. Faculty review, adjust, or reject it before the score counts as a grade, with an audit trail from evidence to decision.
